Clinical Instructor Lee Westgate was the featured presenter at the CMSA - Chesapeake Conference. Westgate provided two presentations to include the role of case management teams in the deployment of the COVID-19 vaccine as well as on the topic of the human cost of caring in healthcare delivery systems. This conference was attendees by interdisciplinary team members throughout the Maryland area.
