Visit the School of Social Work’s Community Cupboard, located in the 3rd Floor Lounge!

Need something? Know someone who needs something? Visit the community cupboard and feel free to grab a snack, or some groceries or toiletry items.

Have something you don’t need, but others might? Feel free to place it in the cupboard to share with the community (sealed, non-perishable, non-expired food or toiletry items only please).

We’re all here to support each other - Maybe you didn’t have time to grab breakfast, or forgot lunch, or your budget is tight right now, or you know someone who needs something to eat today.. Any of this is what the community cupboard is here for. It is open to all members of the school community – students, staff, faculty, community members.

For questions about available items, donations, or re-stocking, please contact: Samantha Fuld (3W23) samantha.fuld@ssw.umaryland.edu, Mary Hodorowicz (3W24) mhodorowicz@ssw.umaryland.edu, and Adam Schneider (3W25) adam.schneider@ssw.umaryland.edu
