Over the Fall semester, the USGA Equity Committee completed a virtual listening tour across the UMB campus to learn from students how diversity, equity, and inclusion look at UMB. We hope that you were able to attend your school’s listening session to share your thoughts. While we were only able to offer so many listening session times, we want to ensure all student voices are heard.

Data from the listening sessions and this survey will be compiled by the USGA Equity Committee into a report containing findings, suggestions for change and improvement, and goals that will be presented to various groups and leadership across campus. We want to assure you again that all the thoughts and experiences shared will remain completely anonymous throughout this entire process.
