Urukundo Today: Love, Education, A Hope Made Real

The University of Maryland School of Dentistry's Global Health Student Association and the Urukundo Learning Center, Arlene Brown, founder of the Urukundo Learning Center in Muhunga, Rwanda, will present a lecture on Wednesday, Nov. 17, from 5:00 – 6:30 PM ET.

Titled "UrukundoToday: Love, Education, A Hope Made Real," Brown's talk will be held both in person in Room G310 and via Webex.

Brown, a renowned expert in global child health, will discuss topics including the Urukundo Learning Center's health care and educational model, cultural approaches to traditional medicine, and the center's work expanding children’s access to oral health care.
