The UMB COVID-19 Hotline was set up at the start of the pandemic to help University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) and Faculty Physicians, Inc., (FPI) stop the spread of COVID-19 at work and on campus.
If you are with other members of the UMB community at work, in school, in study groups, or at learning sites, it’s not enough to tell your doctor, Human Resources, or your supervisor that you have COVID-19. We need you to contact the UMB COVID-19 Hotline at 800-701-9863 to help us understand the risk to others on campus and conduct contact tracing if needed.
The Hotline team will also help you understand what to do if you are sick but have not tested positive for COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
The COVID-19 Hotline will not call you to start the process. You must make the first call. 1-800-701-9863
