TWO EXCITING FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITES FOR MSW STUDENTS ENTERING FALL 2021

The School of Social Work will offer 2 fellowship opportunities for fall 2021 for students interested in working with individuals impacted by substance use disorders.

The Substance Use Disorder Interventions Fellowship (SUDIF) is a 2-year fellowship program that offers a generous stipend and specialized advanced year field experience to qualified students. SUDIF fellows are expected to work in a substance use disorder setting providing direct clinical services for two years following graduation. Incoming MSW students and part-time students who will enter their Foundation field placement in fall 2021 are eligible to apply. Advanced standing students are NOT ELIGIBLE for SUDIF.


The Substance Use Disorder Workforce Expansion (SUDWE) fellowship is a 1-year fellowship program for ADVANCED STANDING students. SUDWE provides a generous stipend, specialized training and coursework, and specialized field experience to students who are interested in working with the substance use disorder population in clinical settings.
