Building on a public health model, policy and programmatic strategies to optimize experiences and outcomes for very young children in the child welfare system will be presented.

The Cynthia Park Memorial Child Welfare Lecture will be an opportunity to honor the life of Cynthia Park, MSW, LCSW-C who passed in April 2020. Cynthia, alum of the SSW, worked in child welfare for over 23 years in In-Home Services, CPS, and then on to the Title IV-E Program. Following the lecture, interested attendees can stay on the platform to share thoughts on Cynthia's life.
