This Fall, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are recruiting for the Leading for Equity, Anti-Racism, and Diversity (L.E.A.D.) Initiative!
L.E.A.D. is a four-part training and coaching series that focuses on cultivating an anti-racist mindset, promoting equity, and dismantling structural racism and oppression. This is done through modules designed to increase participants' understanding of individual bias, systemic oppression, and concrete action steps to make a change.
We are hosting two Fall cohorts and we want to ensure that we have a diverse and inclusive group of staff and faculty members that are ready to learn and grow together! All Fall sessions will be held virtually.
Cohort 1 Dates: September 17th, September 24th, October 1st, and October 8th
Cohort 2 Dates: October 29th, November 5th, November 12th, and November 19th
Sessions will be held from 10 am to 12:30 pm. The Coaching will be on the last day, between 9:30 am to 4 pm, and will be broken up into three 90-minute sections that participants can choose from.
