Are you a looking for a dynamic field placement, where you will have hands-on experience and develop crucial clinical or macro practice skills?
The Newcomer Support Team is an initiative of Baltimore City Public Schools to assess the needs and develop school and community support services for immigrant students, their families and schools. Consisting of three full-time social workers and between 4-8 interns, the Newcomer Support Team provides crucial mental health supports and social emotional learning opportunities to immigrant and refugee students in City Schools.
