Margo Candelaria, PhD, SSW Research Associate Professor, and Co-Director of The Institute's Early Childhood Team, presented at the recent National Training Institute on Effective Practices: Addressing Challenging Behavior. She was joined for the presentation entitled Success Factors for Systems Change: IECMH Consultation and Pyramid Model Coaching by Kaitlin Mulcahy, Lana Nenide, M.S., and Lindsay Pearson, Ed.M. They shared strategies and lessons learned from their work in integrating infant and early childhood mental health consultation (IECMH) with Pyramid Model coaching at a systems level in three states: Maryland, New Jersey, and Wisconsin.
