Paul Sacco and Laura Ting, with the support of their BHWISE colleagues, were awarded a CARES Science to Systems Funding.
Their project entitled "Preventing Early Career Burnout and Attrition in Early Career Behavioral Health Professionals in Social Work and Nursing: A Qualitative Pilot Study", is focused understanding the perspectives of early career social workers and nurses, their experiences burnout, and their intentions to stay in their professions.
They look forward to collaborating with Dr. Kelly Doran at the School of Nursing.
