After several weeks of review and feedback, the SSW's Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI) has updated the SSW's web presence for this critical area of work.
The improved web site, www.ssw.umaryland.edu/dao/, contains information concerning the Office's work, its programs, initiatives, school groups and organizations, a timeline of efforts and DEI resources. A diversity events calendar is also part of the new site.
In alignment with the overarching missions and goals of the School of Social Work, the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (ODEI) is charged with providing strategic leadership, supporting the DEI efforts of units across the School of Social Work, DEI programming and initiative and promoting accountability.
