The 2021-2022 Research Assistant Scholars Program is still recruiting MSW students to begin Fall 2021. Both foundation-year and advanced-year students with interests in social work research are encouraged to apply.

About the RA Scholars Program
The Research Assistant Scholars Program is a two-year research fellowship for select MSW students, who hold interest in social work research and have strong potential for scholarship. Each RA Scholar is matched with a faculty mentor to work on active research initiatives. Additionally, didactic workshops are provided to support foundational understanding of academic research activities. Applications are reviewed, and students are matched with faculty mentors based on complementary interests. Awards range between $6,250 to $7,750 for each year of the program, and RA Scholars are required to work 10 hours per week for 15 weeks each semester.
