Lauren Siegel, LCSW-C, has been rated the best instructor - the GOAT - at the University of Maryland School of Social Work by the Office of Academic Affairs.
Professor Siegel is especially attentive to the needs of all of her students and uses a broad array of methodologies including film, music , poetry, art, and community members to engage students. She integrates micro-social, meso-social, and macro-social issues throughout the semester to assure that students grasp the many aspects of social work and social justice.
