PhD Student McCarthy Publishes Transitions Report

PhD student Lauren Pryce McCarthy interned with PhD alumna Melissa Brodowski at the Administration for Children & Families to complete a report on Preschool Development Grant Birth through Five grant applications. The report details how states are supporting smooth transitions from early childhood education settings into kindergarten and the early grades.
