Eva Bialobrzeski, an MSW student, has been authored on a paper entitled "Assessing the ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN) via the Quintuple Helix Innovation Framework, with Special Regard to Smart City Discourse, Civil Participation, and Environmental Performance" with SSW professor, Dr. Crumpton.
By assessing the ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN) via the Quintuple Helix Innovation Framework, the paper addresses the interactions between various institutional systems within the national and city-specific contexts of Smart Cities. The utilization of the ecological perspective allows for further analysis concerning the roles of social sustainability and good governance and their impact on community relations.
