Drs. Megan Meyer, Emily Smith Goering, Karen Hopkins, Cheryl Hyde, Nicole Mattocks, and MSW alumni Jonalyn Denlinger have published an article in The Foundation Review that examines the participatory grantmaking process of a 5-year community-building initiative in Baltimore, Maryland. Data from focus groups and interviews with initiative stakeholders reveals ways in which the participatory grantmaking process influenced resident engagement and collaboration among participating community-based organizations.
