Masi and Frey published in Journal of Employee Assistance

Dr. Jodi Frey, Professor, co-authored an article with Dr. Dale Masi, Professor Emeritus, UMSSW, along with James Harting of Harting EAP and Michelle Spearing of Halliburton EAP in the Journal of Employee Assistance titled Data Game Changer: Current Utilization Figures Inaccurate. Using data from Halliburton's EAP, the authors found that their new formula for calculating cumulative utilization was a more accurate way to estimate the real percentage of employees that used EAP services for assessment and face-to-face counseling over time.
