Macro Lunchtime Showcase: Nonprofit Leadership on Monday, October 25th at noon.


A Community School is both a place and a set of strategic partnerships that promote student achievement, positive conditions for learning, and the well-being of families and communities. This Macro Showcase Presentation on Friday, October 22 at noon will be a panel of macro social work practitioners who have held a variety of macro social work jobs. The focus will be to highlight the role of a social workers in the Community School strategy specifically in an urban setting to provide equitable services, resources and development for students, families, and communities.


Monday, October 25th Showcase highlights the role of macro social workers in leadership and nonprofit management. Learn from Dr. Stephanie Renno, Senior Director of Training and Clinical Practice at the Cohen Veterans Network and Eliseba Osore, MSW Program Director at ShareBaby about how a background in social work supports their roles as organizational leaders.
