Liggett-Creel to speak May 19 at UMB Lunch & Learn with Corporate and Foundation Relations

Lunch & Learn with Corporate and Foundation Relations: Measuring Community Outcomes and Impact Using Results-Based Accountability (RBA)

How is UMB programs demonstrating positive measurable outcomes in the communities we serve? RBA asks three simple questions to get at the most important performance measures: How much did we do? How well did we do it? Is anyone better off? It is critical to identify powerful performance measures to determine the progress a community is making towards achieving community well-being. We will also explore how you can secure more funding for your program by improving the way your community engagement outcomes are communicated.

Join us on Wednesday, May 19th from 12 pm – 1 pm for a lunch and learn where we will hear from C. Daniel Mullins, PhD, professor and chair of the School of Pharmacy’s Department of Pharmaceutical Health Services Research, Kyla Liggett-Creel, LCSW-C, PhD, assistant clinical professor at the School of Social Work, and Dwyan Monroe, Program Coordinator of Community Health Worker Initiatives with the Institute for Public Health Innovation on their tips for effectively measuring your impact.
