This survey was created by three UMB MSW students who want to improve the social work curriculum around the LGBTQ+ community. Our hope is that the data from this survey helps us identify gaps students identify in the LGBTQ+ Curriculum at the SSW.
This survey will ask current MSW students about their experiences around education from the SSW on LGTBQ+ issues and perceptions on whether the school properly equipped them to serve LGBTQ+ populations.
A note on language: While the questions below use LGBTQ+, please know that this acronym encompasses 2SLGTBQIA+ (Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and/or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual) folks and all those who identify as something other than cisgender or heterosexual.
We encourage all students to take this survey regardless of sexual or gender identity, including cisgender heterosexual students.
This survey will collect information from Monday, November 14th to Friday, December 2nd.
