Leading for Equity, Anti-Racism and Diversity (L.E.A.D) Institute - Spring Slots Left!

The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion still has slots open for the Spring 2022 Leading for Equity, Anti-Racism, and Diversity (L.E.A.D.) Institute!

L.E.A.D. is a four-part training and coaching series that focuses on cultivating an anti-racist mindset, promoting

equity, and dismantling structural racism and oppression. This is done through modules designed to increase

participants' understanding of individual bias, systemic oppression, and concrete action steps to make a change.

We have one more Spring Cohort and we want to ensure that we have a diverse and inclusive group of staff and

faculty members that are ready to learn and grow together! All sessions will be held virtually.

Cohort 2 Dates: April 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd

Sessions will be held from 9 am to 12 pm. The Coaching will be on the last day, between 9:30 am to 4

pm, and will be broken up into three 90-minute sections that participants can choose from.
