This Spring, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are recruiting for the Leading for Equity, Anti-Racism, and Diversity (L.E.A.D.) Initiative!
L.E.A.D. is a four-part training and coaching series that focuses on cultivating an anti-racist mindset, promoting equity, and dismantling structural racism and oppression. This is done through modules designed to increase participants' understanding of individual bias, systemic oppression, and concrete action steps to make a change.
We are hosting two Spring cohorts and we want to ensure that we have a diverse and inclusive group of staff and faculty members that are ready to learn and grow together!
Cohort 1 Dates: February 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th
Cohort 2 Dates: April 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
Sessions will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET. The Coaching will be on the last day, between 10:00 AM to 3:15 PM ET, and will be broken up into three 90-minute sections that participants can choose from.
