Title: Clocking in: Employment outcomes for unaccompanied refugee minors leaving foster care in the United States.
Highlights
• URM were unemployed (39.57%), or employed full-time (36.36%) or part-time (24.06%).
• Each additional month in care increased the odds of employment by 3.2%.
• URM from El Salvador have 92% lower odds for employment, compared to other countries.
• Results support increased lengths of program duration for URM.
