The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (DEIC) is a convening body comprised of diverse stakeholders from across the School of Social Work (SSW), including: staff, faculty, students, and administration as well as alumni and community representatives. These stakeholders collaborate to strategize, make recommendations, and act towards creating a SSW community that is inclusive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
The DEIC meets monthly via zoom and is open to any member of the SSW community. Please join us! Meetings for the 2021-2022 academic year will be held from 12:15-1:45 on the following dates:
