Clinical Assistant Professor, Jennifer Kelman, presented on Tuesday, February 14 at the 46th Annual Training 2023 Conference and Expo. Her workshop entitled, Moving Beyond "One and Done" Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training Initiatives, focused on how to move beyond DEI training as an isolated event to weaving a DEI lens into the fabric and culture of a comprehensive training program, regardless of training topic or focus.
