SWOA 721: Strategic Talent and Performance Management
Are you ready for leadership roles in your organizations? Talent strategy and inclusive employee engagement are seen as the highest priorities in 2021 organizations across sectors. This course, which will take place on three Friday afternoons and Saturdays over the semester with both synchronous (no more than 2-3 hours at a time) and asynchronous components and teamwork, will foster the skills to become the best talent and performance managers and coaches.
