With the goal of expanding Behavioral Health Services in Montgomery County and increasing educational opportunities for underrepresented populations, the HealthCare Initiative Foundation (HIF), in partnership with USG, UMBC, and UMB, will be awarding scholarships to BSW students who are continuing their social work career into the MSW program and field stipends for MSW students working at the Center for Adoption Support and Education (CASE).
