Dr. Jodi Frey, Professor and Associate Dean for Research presented at the 2nd Annual Construction Working Minds Summit as part of the panel, titled, Innovative Mental Health. She presented research she has led on the effectiveness of Man Therapy in male-dominated workplaces, such as construction. Over 380 leaders from throughout the construction industry attended to learn more about workplace behavioral health and well-being. Dr. Frey was last year's recipient of the Academic and/or Applied Research Award at the Summit and this year served as part of the Awards Committee.
