Dr. Frey is the Founder and Faculty Executive Director of the Behavioral Health and Well-Being Lab (BHWell Lab) and her Lab-connected work focuses on adult behavioral health and well-being. She has been studying suicide prevention among working-aged adults for over 20 years. The interview focused on her CDC-funded research assessing the effectiveness of Man Therapy, an online program for men’s suicide prevention and help-seeking. Results of her work are being used to support expansion of these programs throughout Michigan and other states.
