On Wednesday, October 28th from 1pm-2:30pm. SSW is co-hosting a panel discussion titled"Demystifying Free Speech & Advancing Racial Justice co-hosted by SSW
Objectives of panel:
-Discuss how to effectively engage in counterspeech, especially during this election season
-Detail how free speech shows up in virtual settings and on social media
-Consider how power, privilege, and free speech interact
-Discuss POC experiences with free speech
-Brainstorm how to use free speech as a tool for advancing racial justice
