CENTERING SURVIVORS: Honoring Lived Experience in Gun Violence Policy | May 11

ROAR (Rebuild, Overcome, and Rise) Center, in partnership with Survivors Empowered, invites you to attend a free day long event centering survivors of gun violence.

Featuring survivor-led policy, planning, and listening sessions, trauma support, guest speakers, networking opportunities, a photography exhibit, and an interactive memorial, the day is designed to offer resources for survivors, make space for their voices to be heard, and support ongoing survivor-led policy and planning work.

*$100 stipends, in the form of gift cards, are available for the first 50 survivors to register, who do not get paid to work in this field.
