Baltimore Outreach Services, a homeless shelter for women and children is seeking reliable individuals currently pursuing a Social Work Degree to help manage the operations of the shelter on Saturdays and Sundays.
We have two shifts available: Saturday and Sunday from 3:30 -11:30 pm and 11:30 pm - 7:30 am (Monday),
The PT Shelter Manager is responsible for:
The supervision of residents and their children with compassion and respectful authority.
Monitoring resident chores.
Overseeing the preparation of meals.
Documenting shelter activities in a daily log
Maintaining peace and order in the shelter.
