Assistant Dean of Instructional Design and Technology, Clark Shah-Nelson, along with Ellen A. Mayo and Patience Ebuwei, colleagues from the Doctor of Business Administration program at University of Maryland Global Campus authored a new paper published in the International Journal of Technology-Enabled Student Support Services.
The team used rapid evidence assessment and systematic review to synthesize findings across over thirty studies on non-profit educational service providers looking to strengthen organizational capacity and partnerships through program evaluation and feedback loops.
