McCarthy, Imboden, Shdaimah and Forrester Published in Ethics and Social Welfare

Lauren P. McCarthy, PhD student, and colleagues have a new paper published in Ethics and Social Welfare that explores how social workers use supervision to navigate ethical challenges.


Using data from interviews conducted by three cohorts of the PhD program McCarthy, Imboden, Shdaimah, and Forrester found that quality supervision is key to supporting social workers as they navigate a rapidly changing practice climate. More details can be found at
