Efforts made by the SSW's Kyla Liggett-Creel and others in the community helped one Baltimore man collect over 600 donated ties to help young men in West Baltimore learn a right-of-passage.

Over 300 ties were collected by Liggett-Creel and others from the SSW and she leads a Promise Heights project that helps fund this initiative.
