Dr. Jodi Frey presented research from her CDC-funded RCT study on the links between suicide, depression and anger among working-aged men at the IASR/AFP International Summit on Suicide Research.
This work will be submitted for publication soon and is gaining attention from the field as it is one of the first large studies supporting the need to screen men for anger and irritability for a specific risk factor for suicide, outside of risk for depression. Dr. Frey presented on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
