Baltimore City's Office of Civil Rights presents Civil Rights Week from September 27 - October 5, 2019. This year's theme is B.I.A.S.: Bringing Inherent Assumptions to the Surface. The week begins with the 28th Annual Civil Rights Breakfast featuring keynote speaker, Jesse Jackson. It culminates with a Black-Tie Gala hosted by Roland Martin.
