WBAL TV 11 in Baltimore ran a story that included tips for viewers to cope with feelings from mass shootings. Helping to provide those tips was the SSW's Kyla Liggett-Creel. The assistant professor told viewers "The best piece of advice is look at the positive. Look at the helpers, the first responders, who cared for people, look at all the people who came out to donate blood."
