These sessions provide school leaders with tools and inspiration focused on the PSC’s core strategies of racial justice and equity, restorative approaches, trauma-responsive educational practices, social and emotional learning, and engaging student, family and community voice. Participants represent Twenty-six Baltimore City Public Schools have all committed to spend the next school year participating in intensive staff training and coaching to transform their schools’ climate, create a positive culture, and pursue alternatives to punitive discipline.
