Connie Phelps, a Community Schools Coordinator with the SSW's SWCOS Program and a field instructor for Wolfe Street Academy, had a op-ed she wrote, "Respect for reproductive choice — and my son's dignity" published recently in the Baltimore Sun. Phelps is the mother of a teenager with a genetic disorder.
