Dr. Hyun-Jin Jun, shown here, and faculty member Paul Sacco have a new paper published in the International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction. Dr. Jun's study examines prospective relationships between alcohol use, antisocial behaviors, depressive symptoms and later gambling behaviors among emerging age (18-29) adults. She found that alcohol use and heavy drinking were associated with gambling behavior but not problem gambling and that depressive symptoms were associated with a lower likelihood of gambling.
