Dr. Michael Reisch, Daniel Thursz Distinguished Professor of Social Justice, recently published an article, "Social Welfare and Inequality: The U.S." in a special issue of SOCIAL WORK AND SOCIETY, an international online journal. The issue, titled "Ambivalences of the Rising Welfare Service State – Hopes and Hazard of Modern Welfare Architectures," included articles from social work scholars around the world.
