This workshop, conducted by Robert P. Charrow, J.D. will address three areas—misconduct in science, human subjects and privacy, and financial conflicts of interest. To help illustrate the application of the rules that pertain in each area, hypothetical case studies will be presented and discussed. Attendees should read the case studies beforehand and be prepared to discuss each during the workshop.
