BUILDING RESILIENCE THROUGH MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION

Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2019 5:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. SMC CC, Room 349 In this session, you’ll learn about a mindfulness intervention that focuses on self-compassion practices for the emerging health professional. Self-compassion builds resilience and emotional well-being, ways to move forward when confronted with obstacles, and can help you achieve your academic and personal goals. A practice will be provided by Dr. Gina Sager.
