The Inter-professional Patient Management Competition (IPMC) focuses on promoting inter-professional collaboration among our professional students at the University of Maryland, allowing them to apply their patient care knowledge and skills to an inter-professional patient case.
During the written component, participating teams will consist of one student from each professional school and will have two hours to collectively determine and work up clinical, legal, and social issues present in the patient case.
The IPMC written component will be held on Tuesday, April 9 at the School of Pharmacy.
The top three teams (based upon the faculty scores of written component) will be invited to participate in the oral presentations.
Oral presentations will be held on Tuesday, April 16 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the School of Pharmacy.
