On Thursday January 31st, advanced year student Paris Bienert announced her candidacy for Baltimore City Council in the First District.
Focusing on her experience with social work and as Chair of the Democratic State Central Committee in the 46th District, Paris pledged to focus on Baltimore’s most underserved people. During her announcement remarks, Paris said: “the circumstances of our City’s most vulnerable and underserved people affect all of us.
