Tell Us about Your Food Security as a UMB Student

food security

A Food Security Project was created at UMB to support students who may be experiencing food insecurity. Food insecurity has become a growing concern for students on many campuses. To help understand the need on our campus, I ask that you complete this confidential and voluntary survey to determine if there is a need for a student food pantry or other resources on campus.

Your participation is extremely important to truly understand the need on campus and will inform possible strategies moving forward. The survey will be open until December 21, 2018 and should only take a couple of minutes to complete.

You can access the survey here:

At the end of the survey, you have the option to enter your name to be eligible to receive a $50 credit to your One Card that can be used at several locations, including the following:

SMC Campus Center:

CulinArt First and Second Floor

Seven Scholars Bookstore

Vending Machines

Around Campus:

Creama Coffee – Dental, HSF & Law School

Vending Machines

Please visit the UMB Food Security website to learn more about this initiative and food resources available on campus.
