The Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development has awarded The Institute for Innovation & Implementation funds to host a symposium on youth experiencing housing instability and homelessness in early 2019. The primary audience for the symposium will be organizations providing services and supports to individuals experiencing housing instability to provide them with information and resources to better serve youth and young adults experiencing housing instability and homelessness. Deborah Harburger and Amanda Miller are overseeing this work at The Institute.
