Professor Emeritus Howard A. Palley, PhD, recently delivered a paper, "Canadian Health Care Delivery: Federalism, Accountability and the National Role," at the Conference of the Middle Atlantic and New England Council for Canadian Studies, held in Lake Placid, New York.
The paper focused on changes in Canadian federal policies with respect to health care delivery since the 2015 take over of the national government by the Liberal Party.
